Contemporary Art Days

Each year, since 2014, the association has been involved in the Day of Contemporary Art, an event promoted by the Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums, to bring the art of our times to the attention of the general public. The first or second Saturday of October, the participating museums, cultural centres and institutions open their doors to exhibitions, events and workshops. Thanks to this initiative, it was possible to draw a contemporary art map that not only included the big cities, but also the small towns and associations that have worked to enhance contemporary artists. ArtePollino is one of them. Through artistic and unusual itineraries, made up of primeval stories, strong landscapes, delicate sounds, and side activities such as workshops, the association offers visitors the chance to explore the Pollino National Park and discover the very soul of these places, through their artworks.
