1. The ArtePollino Association is located in Latronico (PZ) in Via Giovanni Falcone n.3. It is a pluralist, non partisan, democratic and non profit association. 2. Main aim of the association is to: foster the cultural growth of the Pollino National Park territory promoting each form of artistic expression, above all the contemporary one, also through the involvement of experiences and competences able to favour and enhance this reality's openness on an international level, making a new view of the culture and the local traditions possible. The Association considers that nature reserves are preferential places to create new cultural values for the harmony between the humans and nature, and they are considered as ideal territorial fields for the active production of environmental, architectural and artistic quality. In order to this, it intends to promote each kind of activity addressed to the sustainable socio-economic development of nature reserves in general and the territory of the Pollino national park in particular, also from the tourist point of view. 3. The Association is based on the membership fees paid by the Members, on their voluntary work and free services, depending on their own time availability, involvement, responsability, participation, competences. 4. The Board of Governors has the right to assign professional offices regulated by the occasional collaboration or project contracts, depending on their availability and competences. Referring to the office assignment, the Board will choose the motivated member and then convey it to the assembly. In this case, Members will be holder of the regular rights and duties of a professional or an hired person. The Association can give its services to the Members, to the Italian and foreign Public and private Authorities, and in this case it is considered as a proper Utility enterprise, with its contracts' terms to be respected and fulfilled. Each Member has to take responsability for any activities, whose results will be evaluated by the Person in charge for the Project and the Board of Governors. 5. Each Member has the right to propose to the Board of Governors different projects, offers of employment, potential customers, events to take part in as an Association. Oral and written proposals will be discussed with the Member, attentively evaluated by the Board of Governors and submitted to the Assembly. The relationship between the Members is based on the following principles:
6. Usually, the Association works on initiatives and projects, created and developed inside and/or in collaboration with the customers and/or the partners, for the sectors considered in the Statute. The spheres of activity in which the Association is most involved are:
The established sectors and spheres of activity are closely related to the associative operativeness and they are susceptible of expansion on the initiative of the Board of Governors or on the motivated proposal of one of its Members. As referred in the 3rd point, the Association exists and operates thanks to the voluntary work of the Members. You can consider a work as voluntary when: A) the Member is called by the Board of Governors to give his professional service without any payment or with a minimum payment able to allow the Association to take part in the initiatives without gain, but with aims and contents that the Board considers consistent with the associative aims and important for the associative perspectives of development. 7. To operate, apart from the members and in the case it thinks it necessary, the Association can also recruit new employees, by fixed term or permanent contracts, full or part-time contracts, or it can give offices to the experts of the sector by collaboration contracts offered on a regular basis or occasional collaborations for technical assistance in funded, internal, in partnership or collaboration projects or other. To carry out its activities, the Association can also use employees of other corporate Bodies, cooperative or associative, through conventional or contractual agreements. The employments, of each kind and for each type of work done, as well as the conventional or contractual relationships with the corporate Bodies, cooperative or associative, must be decided by the Board of Governors. 8. Each member, who is in charge of work (cocopro or other form of payment) will pay 5% on the Association remuneration to the Association fund to allow it to endure (ordinary management) and invest in its own activity and think about its own development. 9. The premises, the equipments, the archive of the Association are available to all the Members. Th administrative and the Data-Archive materials are available to the corporate Bodies who can have a copy of them only with the repayment of expenses on copying or postage them, depending on the conditions decided by the Board of Governors, considering the established limits, in case of particular documents. The premises and the equipments are available to the members, upon notice to the board of governors. 10. Each Member of the Association is obliged to behave right, fully observing the Regulations and the current Laws, and he must not create any sort of problems on a public level. The Association will not hold itself as responsible for those Members who would personally take the initiatives, in the name and on behalf of the Association, without having previously ask the social Bodies. 11. The Member contributes to the internal regular managing activities, corresponding to the following sectors: archive-keeping, promotion, office cleaning, telephone exchange management, etc. ARCHIVE: data collection, data-keeping and cataloguing of documents referred to the historical, artistic, cultural, environmental and naturalistic heritage of the territory. INFORMATION: organization of a suitable structure based on logistic instruments and human resources, which is capable to allow a simple consultation of the produced and/or collected material. POPULARIZATION: external contacts through the diffusion of the activities and the produced and/or collected material thanks to conferences, articles, internet, interviews, multimedia products and possible publications. 12. For each board meeting, the minutes have to be drawn up, subscribed by the Chiefman and rewritten on the relevant company's book. Company's books are the Register of Members, the Minutes Book of the Assemblies, the Minutes Book of the Board of Governors. 13. In connection with anything not provided for in this agreement, the corresponding provision of the Italian civil code and current laws are applied. |
